...bought a sewing pattern the other week for a denim skirt. now the tricky part is actually forcing myself to complete the project. i'm giving myself a spring deadline... :)

Be careful sewing denim, dear. You may need a heavy-duty needle...or something special to make sure your needle doesn't break b/c the material is thicker than usual...or at least thats what I found when I was sewing with an old pair of jeans...then again, I'm about the farthest thing from a sewing guru. Love, LC.

I just saw this fashion pop up on omiru (the blog that keeps me fashion forward). Would not have guessed it! Then again who thought plaid was going to be such a big hit?
